Our experienced team of specialists have converted data from hundreds of different systems over the last 15 years. Our conversion team will work closely with you throughout this process to ensure a smooth transition of your practice data. Getting it right first time is essential for Software of Excellence, which is why we don’t just convert once – we do it twice. To ensure a smooth transition from your old system to EXACT we will do a trial conversion to verify we have correctly interpreted the data in your old system.

Once you are happy with the result we wait until just prior to your training before completing the final conversion to minimise the need for manual data entry.

Our experts are experienced in the interchange of information between competitor systems and they don’t just convert names and addresses, they are also increasingly able to convert clinical history, appointments and other data.
