Our conversion to EXACT has taken us from being completely “paper based” to being fully computerised – as a result we have increased productivity by around 25%. I used to spend 40 minutes at the beginning of each day going through patient notes, now this information is at my fingertips at the chairside. I have a completely digital system for my pan-oral and standard x-rays, these are from different manufacturers but they integrate with my EXACT software perfectly. This allows me to easily access x-rays and clinical data at the chairside, which lets me explain often complex treatments to my patients very easily. This explanation aids their understanding and helps them make information decisions.

| As Practice Manager, I have found the appointment reminder service very worthwhile. We now use automatic text reminders, which saves us an enormous amount of time and has reduced the number of missed appointments dramatically. The EXACT system is an invaluable and integral part of the practice. It is adaptable and flexible and can easily be tailored to suit individual practising styles and circumstances.
